Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel fabulous in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from delivery to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return reason and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an e-gift card for future shopping.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in the original mailer, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
